Cultural Challenge

The High Sheriff’s ‘Selfie’ Challenge. September –November 2018

Oxford is blessed with amazing art collections and none finer than the Ashmolean Museum. It is also blessed with an array of artistic talent. I am proposing a corporate self-portrait competition to find your ‘inner artist’. On Wednesday 26th September  there will be an reception at the Ashmolean where all corporate challengers and their staff will be invited to join in a variety of workshops and to learn some tips on how to create a self portrait using a variety of medium from oils to watercolours, cartooning to fine art. Each person will then be given a canvas as they depart and they will then have 4 weeks in which to create their master piece which will then be judged by a world class panel of artic critics. There will then be a finale event where portraits will be displayed and the winner announced and prizes given.

Sports Motivation Talks

In early 2019 I will arrange an late afternoon evening event where we will listen to some of GB’s most inspirational athlete’s tell us about the both success and failure.
